Privacy Policy

Agent 23 (including the desktop application A23 Shadow) is provided by More Ventures B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("Agent 23", "we", "us"). We are the controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: joey@moreventures.org.

Agent 23 runs on your own computer. Your messages, documents, memory files and connected account tokens are stored on your device. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your content to train models.

Account data: your email address and sign-in session, used to give you access to the app.

Content you create and approve: posts, captions, images and videos that you prepare in Agent 23 and approve for publishing.

Connected account data: when you connect a third-party account, we receive an access token and the basic profile information that platform provides (for example an account id, display name and avatar), so we can show you which account you are posting to and publish what you approve.

Website data: agent23.app uses strictly necessary cookies set by our hosting and security providers (for example Cloudflare bot protection). We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

You can connect your own social accounts so Agent 23 can publish content you have approved. Nothing is posted without your explicit approval of that exact post.

TikTok. Through the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API we request the scopes user.info.basic, video.upload and video.publish. We use them to read your basic profile (open id, display name and avatar) and the posting options TikTok returns for your account, to show them to you before you post, and to upload or publish the photos and videos you approve with the caption, privacy level and interaction settings you choose. We do not read your followers, messages, likes or other people's content.

Instagram, X and LinkedIn. We use each platform's official API, only with the permissions needed to publish your approved posts and, where you enable it, to read basic performance numbers of your own posts.

Access tokens are stored on your device with restricted file permissions and are only sent to the platform they belong to. You can disconnect at any time in the app, or revoke access in the platform's own settings (for TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services).

Some platforms (TikTok photo posts and Instagram) fetch images from a public web address. For those posts the approved images are uploaded to our storage provider (Supabase, EU region where available) under a random, unguessable address, solely so the platform can retrieve them. These files contain only the content you chose to publish. We delete them on request and periodically after publishing.

We use service providers to run Agent 23, such as Supabase (authentication and storage), Cloudflare (website delivery and security), Stripe (payments) and AI model providers that you choose to use through the app. They process data only on our or your instructions. Some providers are located outside the EEA; transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We process data to perform our agreement with you (providing the app and publishing what you approve), on the basis of your consent (connecting accounts, which you can withdraw at any time), and for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. We keep account data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days after you ask us to close it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Email joey@moreventures.org. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Agent 23 is intended for adults using it for their business or personal productivity. It is not directed at anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
