Terms of Service

These terms apply to Agent 23, including the A23 Shadow desktop application and the agent23.app website (together "the Service"), provided by More Ventures B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. Keep your sign-in and connected account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Agent 23 prepares work for you, such as messages and social media posts. Anything that goes out under your name, including posts to TikTok, Instagram, X and LinkedIn, is only sent after you explicitly approve that exact item. You remain responsible for what you approve and publish.

When you connect a third-party account, you also agree to that platform's terms and policies, and you authorise us to act on your behalf only within the permissions you grant. For TikTok this includes the TikTok Terms of Service and, when you post content with sound, TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation. You choose the audience and interaction settings for each TikTok post before it is published, and you must disclose branded or promotional content where the platform requires it.

Platforms can change or limit their APIs at any time. We are not responsible for a platform's availability, decisions or actions on your account.

You keep all rights to the content you create with the Service. You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide the Service, such as uploading an approved post to the platform you chose. You confirm you have the rights needed for everything you publish.

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, mislead people, or violate the rules of a connected platform. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe the Service is being misused.

Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout. Prices include VAT where applicable. Where you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights apply.

The Service, its software and brand remain ours or our licensors'. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows it.

The Service uses AI and third-party services and may make mistakes; review what it prepares before you approve it. To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the Service and disconnect accounts at any time. We may end or suspend the Service with reasonable notice, or immediately in case of serious misuse.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another option.
